The wait is finally over. The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially declared the JEE Main Session 2 Result 2026 on April 20, 2026 at 7:40 PM on its official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. This year has seen a sharp jump in top performers a record 26 candidates achieved a perfect 100 percentile in Session 2, compared to just 12 in Session 1. Along with the result, NTA also released the official JEE Advanced 2026 qualifying cutoffs, which have gone up across all categories compared to last year. - Click on “View JEE Main Session 2 Result / Scorecard” on the homepage.
- Enter your Application Number and Password or Date of Birth.
- Click Submit — your scorecard will appear on screen.

- Download the PDF and take a printout needed for counselling.

Best of Two Sessions How Is Final AIR Calculated?
NTA applies the Best of Two Sessions rule for the final rank. Your AIR is based on the higher percentile between Session 1 (January) and Session 2 (April). Only Session 2 participants get a new rank those who only appeared in Session 1 retain their January rank. The final combined rank list determines JEE Advanced eligibility and JoSAA counselling allocation.
